Freshly flown in from Japan, this uni is sashimi grade
Fresh pasta. We make our pasta every day at Table with no preservatives. We use two kinds of Italian flour and Japanese eggs in our own proprietary proportion to give it a more al dente bite than you usually get with fresh pasta.
Semi Dried Cherry Tomatoes
We oven dry cherry tomatoes which are sweeter than bigger varieties in our restaurant to give a highly concentrated flavor.
We use live lobsters to make our own lobster stock. It takes 5 hours to make our lobster stock. This is the same lobster stock which forms the basis of our signature lobster macchiato at our restaurant.
